At Korean Skin Aura, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver authentic and high-quality Korean skincare products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received a wrong product
- The product arrived damaged, expired, or defective
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
⚠️ Products that have been used, opened, or altered cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Return Process
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and pictures (if applicable).
- Once approved, return the product to our designated address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except in cases of wrong or damaged product).
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through your original payment method or store credit.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, bKash, or store credit.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards, discount vouchers, and promotional items
- Products bought on clearance or special sale
- Opened skincare, makeup, or personal care products
5. Exchanges
- If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can replace the product (subject to availability).
