1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a wrong product
  • The product arrived damaged, expired, or defective
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

⚠️ Products that have been used, opened, or altered cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Return Process

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and pictures (if applicable).
  • Once approved, return the product to our designated address.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except in cases of wrong or damaged product).

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through your original payment method or store credit.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, bKash, or store credit.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards, discount vouchers, and promotional items
  • Products bought on clearance or special sale
  • Opened skincare, makeup, or personal care products

5. Exchanges

  • If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can replace the product (subject to availability).
